OPAL Membership Platform (OMP) · منصة عضوية أوبال
| Access to and use of the OPAL Membership Platform (OMP) is subject to these Terms & Conditions, the OPAL Privacy Policy, and the applicable laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman. | يخضع استخدام منصة عضوية أوبال لهذه الشروط والأحكام، بالإضافة إلى سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بأوبال والأنظمة والقوانين المعمول بها في سلطنة عُمان. |
| By creating an account, submitting a membership application, or using the OPAL Membership Platform (OMP), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. | إن إنشاء حساب أو تقديم طلب عضوية أو استخدام منصة عضوية أوبال يُعد موافقةً وإقرارًا بقراءة هذه الشروط والأحكام وفهمها والالتزام بها. |
| The terms "OPAL", "we", or "our" refer to the Oman Energy Association (OPAL). The terms "Applicant", "Member", or "you" refer to any individual or organization applying for or managing membership through the OPAL Membership Platform. | ويقصد بمصطلح "أوبال" أو "نحن" الجمعية العُمانية للطاقة، بينما يقصد بمصطلح "المتقدم" أو "العضو" أو "أنت" أي فرد أو مؤسسة تتقدم بطلب عضوية أو تدير عضويتها من خلال منصة عضوية أوبال. |

| All information and supporting documents submitted must be accurate, complete, and up to date. | يلتزم المتقدم بتقديم بيانات ووثائق صحيحة وكاملة ومحدثة. |
| OPAL reserves the right to verify all submitted information, including the Commercial Registration (CR), VAT details, and supporting documents. | تحتفظ أوبال بحق التحقق من صحة جميع البيانات المقدمة، بما في ذلك السجل التجاري (CR)، ورقم التسجيل الضريبي، والوثائق الداعمة. |
| Submission of a membership application does not constitute approval. All applications are subject to OPAL's membership evaluation and approval process. | لا يُعد تقديم طلب العضوية موافقة نهائية، حيث تخضع جميع الطلبات للتقييم والمراجعة وفق سياسات وإجراءات أوبال. |
| OPAL may request additional information or documents during the evaluation process. | يحق لأوبال طلب أي معلومات أو مستندات إضافية أثناء عملية التقييم. |
| Membership invoices will only be issued after successful completion of the required evaluation and approval stages. | يتم إصدار فاتورة العضوية فقط بعد استكمال مراحل التقييم والموافقة المطلوبة. |
| Membership will only be activated, and the Membership Certificate issued, after payment has been received and verified. | لا يتم تفعيل العضوية أو إصدار شهادة العضوية إلا بعد استلام الرسوم والتحقق من السداد. |
| Members are responsible for maintaining accurate company information throughout their membership period. | يلتزم العضو بتحديث بيانات الشركة طوال فترة العضوية. |
| OPAL reserves the right to suspend, reject, or terminate any application or membership that does not comply with its policies. | تحتفظ أوبال بحق رفض أو تعليق أو إلغاء أي طلب أو عضوية لا تتوافق مع السياسات المعتمدة. |
| OPAL makes every reasonable effort to maintain the availability of the platform but is not liable for temporary interruptions beyond its control. | تبذل أوبال قصارى جهدها لضمان استمرارية عمل المنصة، ولا تتحمل المسؤولية عن أي انقطاع مؤقت خارج عن إرادتها. |
| All content, trademarks, logos, documents, and materials available through the OPAL Membership Platform are the intellectual property of OPAL and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. | تُعد جميع المحتويات والشعارات والعلامات التجارية والوثائق والمواد المتاحة عبر منصة عضوية أوبال ملكية فكرية للجمعية العُمانية للطاقة (أوبال)، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة إنتاجها أو توزيعها أو استخدامها دون موافقة خطية مسبقة من أوبال. |
| Any unauthorized use of the platform may result in legal action. | أي استخدام غير مصرح به للمنصة قد يعرض صاحبه للمساءلة القانونية. |
| These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. | تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لأنظمة وقوانين سلطنة عُمان. |

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or membership acceptance. | تُقدَّم المعلومات في منصة عضوية أوبال (OMP) لأغراض معالجة طلبات العضوية والإرشاد فقط، ولا يُعد تقديم الطلب ضمانًا لقبول العضوية. |
| OPAL reserves the right to verify all submitted information and documents and to approve or reject applications in accordance with its policies. | تحتفظ أوبال بحق التحقق من جميع البيانات والمستندات المقدمة وقبول أو رفض الطلبات وفقًا لسياساتها. |
