Unified HSE Passport
Training / Assessment

  • Training providers must obtain OPAL approval for delivering or assessing any OPAL unified HSE passport related training courses including re-certification or refreshers training.
  • Training Providers wishing to conduct OPAL unified HSE passport training/assessment shall follow the process below to obtain OPAL approval. Refer to OPAL STAR Course & Program Approval Standard “OPAL-STD-ICV-102 v2”.
  • Once approved as an OPAL STAR Provider, the training provider/assessment centre shall apply for approval to conduct unified HSE passport training/ assessment.
  • OPAL STAR providers shall apply for OPAL STAR centre recognition through OPAL STAR Learning Hub www.oglearninghub.om
